Our Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Enviro Clean Wimbledon. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

Enviro Clean Wimbledon provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to, carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning, leather cleaning, moth and pest treatment, and commercial cleaning. All services are provided with reasonable care and skill.

Bookings and Quotations

All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer. Prices may change if the information given is inaccurate or if the condition, size, or level of soiling differs from what was described at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once agreed by both parties.

Access and Safety

The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and the areas to be cleaned. We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe, unhygienic, or pose a risk to health or property.

Results and Limitations

While we aim to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odours, wear, or damage. Some staining, fibre damage, or colour loss may be permanent and outside the control of professional cleaning.

Drying times are estimates only and can vary depending on conditions such as ventilation, temperature, humidity, and the type of material being cleaned.

Pre-existing Damage

Enviro Clean Wimbledon is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, shrinkage, colour loss, or defects in carpets, upholstery, or furnishings. Customers are advised to inform us of any known issues before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Failure to make payment may result in further action to recover outstanding amounts.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, reasonable notice should be given. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation charge.

Liability

Enviro Clean Wimbledon will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for removing fragile or valuable items from the areas to be cleaned. Enviro Clean Wimbledon is not responsible for damage to items left in the working area.

Complaints

Any concerns or complaints should be raised as soon as possible after the service has been completed. We will aim to address any issues promptly and fairly.

Changes to These Terms

Enviro Clean Wimbledon reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
